Financial Period Control
Lock or open specific financial periods. Changes are enforced by the database and recorded for audit.
Loading...
Lock a Period
Choose a single date, a custom range, a whole month, a range of whole months, or a through-date.
Open a Period
Opening part of a locked range keeps the remaining locked dates protected and records the opening action.
Auto-Lock Settings
Automatically closes the previous month a set number of days into the new one.
Bank Reconciliation
Upload a bank statement and match its lines against what's recorded here.
Enter the opening balance shown at the top of this specific bank statement — not your account's original setup balance. This is what the Reconciled Balance is measured from.
Filters & Sorting
Statement Lines
Right-click a row to add or delete a line.
| Date | Description | Amount | Match | Status | Action |
|---|
Ledger (this account)
Unreconciled income, expenses, savings & transfers for the selected account only.
| Date | Description | Type | Amount | Status |
|---|
Cash Count
Physically count a Cash account and see how it compares to what the books say — the same discipline Bank Reconciliation gives your bank accounts.
Count History
| Date | Account | Counted | Book Balance | Variance | Counted By | Note |
|---|
Record Collection
Log who gave how much during a collection. This is an operational record only — it never touches Income until you deposit it.
Collections
| Date | Fund | Named | Unattributed | Counted Total | Status |
|---|
Campaigns & Pledges
Track pledge progress against actual giving. A pledge is only a promise — it creates no income by itself; only tagged contributions recorded in Record Collection move the needle.
New Campaign
Giving Statements
A member's giving for a period, summed straight from Record Collection — useful for annual tax statements.

Organization Settings
Choose an area to manage. Each area opens as its own focused landing page.
Funds & Restrictions
Track money by purpose without turning every ministry or campaign into a chart-of-accounts account.
Numbering & Identification
How Employee, Vendor and Customer numbers are created. Changes apply to new records only — existing numbers are never rewritten, and a number is never handed out twice.
Branches & Locations
One organization, multiple operating locations. Select a branch to scope the workspace without creating a separate organization.
Currencies & FX
Activate only the currencies this organization actually uses. The base currency remains the organization's reporting currency.

HQ Team
Who's part of the headquarters team, and at what level. Being on this team does not by itself grant access to any branch or to all-branches — that's a separate, explicit grant below. Only a current HQ Admin can be appointed as a branch's chief admin.

Authority & Delegation
Temporarily hand off Owner-level authority, or delegate specific permissions, without changing who legally owns the organization.

Approvals & Control
Manage thresholds and review requests that require authorization.
Approval Thresholds
Set how large a void or edit request has to be before it needs a higher role to approve it.

Pending Void Requests
Requests from Editors to void a record. Owners and Admins can approve or reject them here.
| Type | Date | Description | Amount | Reason | Requested By | Action |
|---|
Pending Edit Requests
Requests from Editors to change an already-posted record. Old and new values stay visible on the record itself while a request waits for review.
| Type | Date | Description | Reason | Requested By | Action |
|---|
Calendar & Events
Plan organization events. Birthdays and anniversaries continue to come from member records.
Recurring Services
Your regular recurring services — Sunday service, midweek service, or however often you gather. Setting these up here works whether or not you use the Public Page, and is what lets attendance reporting and dashboards recognize your normal services separately from one-off programs and events. Recording attendance itself is done on the Attendance page.
Custom Domain
Show your public page on your own web address. Your regular N.I.E.T. link keeps working either way.
Enter the exact address visitors will type. You must own the domain and be able to edit its DNS records. Only the organization owner (or someone the owner grants this permission to) can manage domains.
History
Public Page
A shareable page anyone can open without logging in — live streams, programs, flyers, giving details and request forms.
Public page
Turn this on to make your public link live. Everything below stays hidden until it's on.
Saves everything on this page — including Gallery, Video Snippets, Departments, FAQs, Quotes, Volunteer text and WhatsApp further below.
QR code
A permanent code that opens your public page — print it on flyers, banners, programs, receipts and business cards.
Save your public link above to generate a QR code.
Hero background video
This cinematic video fills the entire hero area and plays muted on loop behind the organization branding and welcome message.
MP4 works best. Keep it under ~50MB — long or high-resolution recordings may fail to upload or load slowly for visitors.
Website design
Choose how your public organization website is presented. The underlying organization data stays the same.
Accent color
Give your page its own identity — this becomes the primary color across your public website.
Welcome video
This is the separate introduction video shown immediately below the hero beside Who We Are. It is not the hero background.
MP4 works best. Keep it reasonably short for fast public-page loading.
Card colors
Choose the color of each card and of its text. Applies to Mission, Vision, Values and the Visit Us cards.
Section text
Rename and rewrite the wording for each section — leave any field blank to use the sensible default shown as its placeholder.
Live broadcast
Set the platforms once, then turn on We are live now when the organization starts broadcasting. The public page will immediately show the Live section and use the live video URL where the platform supports an embedded player.
For Facebook, use the public URL of the current live video when available. For TikTok, a profile URL can link visitors to the live, but TikTok's official web embed currently supports posts/videos and creator profiles, not a generic current LIVE player.
Weekly services
Your regular recurring services — pick a day, name it, and set a time. Add as many as you like, including more than one on the same day.
